Initial Consult

We will discuss your interests and goals and come up with a long term plan. You can decide on which projects you’d like to produce and which types of clients you would ideally like to focus on.

Project Development

Help me create programs and resources for clients in the areas of optimizing their gut, brain, and metabolic health. Choose from DIY programs, to media content, meal plans, and more!

Clinical Case Studies

Follow my client’s cases as I walk my clients through their healing journey. Watch recorded videos, create plans, and advise them as needed. You can also bring your own clients to the table for my supervision.

Business Coaching

Work on the basics of building your business and getting it off the ground. Gain support in marketing, best practices, and taking insurance.
